Following a series of insightful focus groups, our team identified key customer needs pivotal to StoreLocal future improvement. In response, we initiated a comprehensive brand overhaul. This involved crafting a refreshed brand identity and content strategy that not only aligns with, but also vividly communicates, StoreLocal’s refined goals and values to their customers and the broader market. Our approach was meticulous, ensuring that every aspect of StoreLocal’s brand resonated with clarity, purpose, and customer-centricity.

Striking Simplicity, Extreme Functionality

Before our intervention, StoreLocal’s visual marketing lacked distinction, closely resembling the conventional style typical of the storage industry. Our transformation introduced a ‘customer-first’ visual strategy, spotlighting a signature blue and crafting a narrative that is both engaging and instantly recognisable.

This approach didn’t just redesign a website; it reinvented how StoreLocal connects with its audience, offering an immersive, story-driven experience while maintaining user-friendly navigation and functionality.

Innovation

Our entire team helped spearhead the design and implementation of a bespoke self-service kiosk for StoreLocal. This cutting-edge project encompassed not only the development of specialised software but also the careful selection and integration of the hardware, showcasing our commitment to holistic and innovative solutions. This has also helped bring StoreLocal closer to the opportunity to be able to run an unmanned facility.

Social Media Marketing

Armed with valuable insights from R6 run focus groups, we crafted targeted initiatives that directly addressed the needs of StoreLocal’s customers. This strategy was a part of a comprehensive brand refresh, encompassing content creation and messaging that aligned StoreLocal’s communication with its customers and the broader market. Web Application

To deliver on the intuitive new website experience in it’s entirety required a redesign of the RapidStor online booking platform.  This new platform delivers a unique experience, optimised for mobile, tablet and web.  With this application customers can have a seamless and consistent experience all the way through booking a unit to moving in and beyond.

From humble beginnings Family Clean started with a small cleaning run in 1994 and grew naturally, evolving into a premium cleaning services agency. They hand-match customers with their ideal cleaners to provide dependable regular help – making everyday a little easier.

The goals of this project were to: – Refresh and update the Family Clean website – Optimise the overall customer journey – Develop an intuitive online booking platform – Deliver marketing that drives leads and conversions through SEO and Google Ads. Website Design & Development

A streamlined service from booking to completion

When approaching this project our main consideration was the user and customer journey. Not only did we create a streamlined booking process but we wanted to maintain the welcoming experience that Family Clean is known for. By using beautiful imagery, videography and animation we were able to embody the family clean identity and take the user on an interactive journey.

Building a custom booking portal, we used Family Clean’s conversational tone-of-voice to take the user through an informative and personalised booking experience.

Customising and upgrading

R6’s development team implemented a new membership booking portal with online payments, custom email templates, and geolocation services – configurable through an administration interface.

The development team dug deep to identify and rectify many underlying issues with the existing codebase. Fixing these improved the speed, reliability and user experience for customers.

Dynamic Animations

Custom built website features

Adding dynamic features throughout the site, including a custom mouse design and suite of animations, we were able to bring Family Clean’s brand identity further into the overall design.

Having a beautiful gallery of imagery and videography at hand, we were able to really highlight the beautiful nature of this business and the people behind it.

Social Media Marketing

R6 Digital’s paid social media marketing strategy for Family Clean focussed on highlighting the problems that they solve for their customers.

Messaging around ending the revolving door of cleaners or focus on quality of service resonate with their target customers and cut through the cluttered noise of social media channels.

This delivered an important lead source of people who are not actively looking for a new long term cleaner but will genuinely benefit from Family Clean’s amazing service.

The Google Ads strategy for Family Clean was as much about who we don’t advertise to as it was who we do. With the clearly defined product and value proposition that FC has it enables a more strategic approach to their Google Ads strategy.

By tailoring the campaign to perform well for people looking for longer term cleaners we were able to get a greater share of that specific market and reduce wasted spend on keywords that didn’t align with the FC value proposition.

This strong focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) means that this strategy is sustainable and scalable as FC continues to grow.

The Self Storage Association presents the ‘Unlocking the Next Normal’ conference, a platform for new Self Storage opportunities.

The Project

Overview

The SSAA engaged R6 Digital to help create and deliver a unique event identity for their annual conference. The R6 team were challenged to create a modern, flexible and engaging design system that would be used across various physical and digital mediums for the conference. The online experience was vital to get right for Kallibr to be a success. They needed one digital location to search all their courses and represent all of their businesses unified under their single new identity. Enabled through a beautiful design with the user at the heart of the experience, as well as a real time back end custom integration with core systems – the potential trainee experience is now second to none.

The system centralisation challenge

For Kallibr the acquisition of multiple RTO businesses meant they had acquired multiple tech stacks and numerous disparate systems. Our development team worked to bring this all together for them into a single new custom website, through integrations to bring all of the systems data into their Salesforce CRM and also integrate with other platforms such as aXcelerate (SMS) and Stripe. This central web platform and single source of truth in Salesforce enabled Kallibr to work much more efficiently and effectively through all of their business units.

Content Creation

Photography & Videography

With the new Kallibr brand having no presence in the marketplace we needed to build a library of beautiful visual assets that can tell the story of who Kallibr are and what they do. R6 did a four day shoot in which we captured a broad library of high quality video content and image stills that could be used to turn their new website and marketing activity into something that is truly their own.

Outbound Marketing

Each business that came together for Kallibr had their own digital marketing with different messaging, targeting and channels. R6 Digital consolidated all of these campaigns into one cohesive, effective and constantly optimised campaign under the Kallibr brand. This consolidation enabled more efficient conversions across all training courses and delivered a significant increase in the overall return on their advertising spend.

Organic Search

The RTO industry is particularly competitive in search. The challenge for Kallibr was that they were starting a brand new domain with no Google search ranking history. We implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy which delivered strong ranking from the day they launched and strengthened even more over time.

For more than 30 years, Fort Knox has been a name synonymous with storage in Queensland. Privately owned and operated by Queensland families, the Fort Knox customer experience is warm, personable and shines through in its outstanding collection of customer reviews. Taking the lead from customer stories and family values, the creative direction focused on emotive imagery which highlighted key moments in the customer journey, with key messaging positioned in a design device reinforced by the Fort Knox turret.
