Bringing it all together for Kallibr
Pennae Group faced difficult challenges around consolidating their sales, operational and marketing efforts and platforms. Pennae engaged R6 Digital to create and implement a strategic roadmap for their new brand Kallibr.
The Project
Centralisation and streamlining was the key goal. R6 were engaged to see this happen all across their business from brand implementation and consolidating marketing campaigns through to custom system integration and website development. This broad reaching project was worked on across the full suite of R6 disciplines of Creative, Marketing and Development
The online experience was vital to get right for Kallibr to be a success. They needed one digital location to search all their courses and represent all of their businesses unified under their single new identity. Enabled through a beautiful design with the user at the heart of the experience, as well as a real time back end custom integration with core systems – the potential trainee experience is now second to none.
For Kallibr the acquisition of multiple RTO businesses meant they had acquired multiple tech stacks and numerous disparate systems. Our development team worked to bring this all together for them into a single new custom website, through integrations to bring all of the systems data into their Salesforce CRM and also integrate with other platforms such as aXcelerate (SMS) and Stripe. This central web platform and single source of truth in Salesforce enabled Kallibr to work much more efficiently and effectively through all of their business units.
With the new Kallibr brand having no presence in the marketplace we needed to build a library of beautiful visual assets that can tell the story of who Kallibr are and what they do. R6 did a four day shoot in which we captured a broad library of high quality video content and image stills that could be used to turn their new website and marketing activity into something that is truly their own.
Each business that came together for Kallibr had their own digital marketing with different messaging, targeting and channels. R6 Digital consolidated all of these campaigns into one cohesive, effective and constantly optimised campaign under the Kallibr brand. This consolidation enabled more efficient conversions across all training courses and delivered a significant increase in the overall return on their advertising spend.
The RTO industry is particularly competitive in search. The challenge for Kallibr was that they were starting a brand new domain with no Google search ranking history. We implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy which delivered strong ranking from the day they launched and strengthened even more over time.
