The Challenge
Rebecca Scarrabelotti approached R6 Digital with a clear vision for Brisbane Independent Finance Advisory (BIFA), but needed strategic support to articulate her brandās unique positioning in a crowded and often misunderstood financial advisory market. With many competitors appearing independent but lacking true independence, it was crucial to clearly communicate BIFAās genuine independence, high-touch service, and legacy-focused offering. Rebecca also wanted the brand to convey trust, sophistication, and clarityānot just in language but visuallyā balancing the needs of both older clients and the slightly younger cohort who achieved success a little sooner than most.

R6 Digital worked closely with Rebecca to develop a comprehensive brand strategy rooted in clarity, trust, and legacy. Through workshops and collaborative reviews, we shaped BIFAās market positioning, key messaging, tone of voice, and customer personasābringing special attention to the nuances that separate BIFA from seemingly similar competitors. We also delivered a refined stylescape presentation centred on a single, cohesive visual direction, with three subtle colour variations that allowed us to explore the emotional impact of palette without deviating from the brandās premium identity.
