Major industry Awards won by R6 Digital

GOLD COAST – At the glittering Self Storage Association of Australasia’s Annual Gala awards, R6 Digital won the prestigious “Service Member of the Year” award and shared the joint win of the “Innovation” Award with I Bid on Storage.

The award night followed three days of the SSAA’s Self Storage Convention, bringing together over 320 of the nations leading Self Storage operators. Postponed due to COVID for two years, the SSAA’s convention featured industry and business leaders talking though the “Next Normal” for the Self Storage Industry.

R6 Digital released their end to end application ‘Storapp”, available on the Apple Store and the Google Play Store. An end to end solution for self storage customers, Storapp allows renters to find spaces, add their details, add payments and have their ID digitally verified without details being retained – a first in Self Storage. Integrated with Sitelink and all major access control systems like PTI and Noke, Storapp is not only a clear winner with users but a winner of the “Innovation Award” in this highly competitive field.

“Storapp” delivers the final piece to the automation jigsaw for Self Storage customers” Michael Dogger, CEO said. “Storapp follows on from our successful “RapidStor” application that has rented more than 50,000 spaces and was crucial for so many operators in COVID to rent spaces online with no contact”. He said.

R6 Digital also won the “Service Member of the Year Award”, further recognising continuing stellar service to Self Storage businesses throughout the region. This award reflects the huge effort our team puts into ensuring our Self Storage customers receive the best service possible and to be awarded for the 5th time since 2007 is an outstanding achievement; one they are truly proud of.

Winning these awards validates the hard work that our Brisbane based business has done to deliver world class service and a “best in business” Self Storage application, one that small and large operators can use globally”. Dallas Dogger, Chairman said.
