Mid-Level Graphic & Web Designer

Brisbane | 2019

Our ideal candidate will be

  • Experienced with WordPress (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (XD, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Familiar with HTML & CSS (Preferred but we can teach you)
  • A creative thinker with amazing design skills
  • A creative problem solver
  • Minimum 2 years studio experience
  • Experienced using a Mac Environment

Your Day-to-Day will consist of

  • Designing and Developing business websites utilising the WordPress CMS and Adobe XD.
  • Designing digital artwork with Photoshop & Illustrator to support our Digital Marketing division with advertising campaigns & EDM (Mailchimp/Active campaign) campaigns.
  • Print & artwork design for corporate identities with brochures, business cards & flyers.

Technical Support Manager

  • Help Desk / Ticket Support / Phone Support Experience of at least 2 Years.
  • A very keen eye for detail to assist in problem solving.

  • Empathetic leader who can be calm under pressure alongside a can-do attitude.
  • The drive to be self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work successfully under competing deadlines and demands, heavy peak periods, and fluctuating workloads.
  • Understanding of the CMS WordPress & it’s operations (Preferred but optional)
  • Development (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP) Experience (Preferred but optional)
  • Can Speak Mandarin (Highly desired but optional)

The Technical Support Manager is responsible for:

  • Directing and Leading a team of 4 Technical Support staff – resolving issues or questions for our worldwide, leading, storage management software Sitelink via Email & Phone alongside the maintenance of customer websites, domains & web hosting.
  • Ensuring high quality of service and support is provided to customers, aligned with our SLAs and agreed processes.
  • Support internal and external technical training for both clients and new technical staff employees.
  • Continual feedback for the optimisation of existing processes to ensure service SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved.
